Hi ,Good day! Coupon sent.

In my personal experience, this is the worst link building database service out there.
While everyone in 2026 strives to simplify customer interaction and order processing, these guys are completely stuck in 2006.
First off, during checkout on their site, I was forced to register on a completely separate third-party platform just to process the payment (a service notorious for fraudulent transactions, by the way). After paying, I got access to the database, set up my server, bought and configured proxies, and integrated indexers along with text generation. Once everything was fully configured and running, I emailed them right before my subscription renewal to double-check everything. They replied that everything was fine and I didn’t need to pay anything. That sounded suspicious, but since the databases aren't updated very often anyway, I went back to work.
When the next payment cycle came around, they told me the same thing—that everything was fine... Except looking at the logs, I noticed the databases hadn't been downloading for a long time and my updates had been completely disabled.
I opened a support ticket, but got no reply. By the time they finally responded a few days later, I had already bought a database from a different provider—one with regular updates and reliable support.

Hi @fmdnepr,
Thank you for leaving your detailed feedback. We’d like to address the issues you mentioned directly and clarify what happened:
Support Ticketing System Issues: Our support ticketing software experienced a complete server breakdown over those few days, which prevented incoming tickets from reaching our support team. This is why you did not receive a response in a timely manner. We have since upgraded and fixed our support system to ensure tickets are processed without delay moving forward.
Subscription Verification & Email Issue: When we were finally able to access the system and reply, the screenshot provided on your ticket showed a masked email (f*****r@gmail.com). We asked for email confirmation solely to ensure we were locating the correct customer record in our database and restoring the proper subscription.
Payment Processor: We use WarriorPlus as an established third-party payment gateway to securely manage payments and license delivery across our platform.
We fully acknowledge that the delay caused by our ticketing system failure severely impacted your experience, and we take full responsibility for that inconvenience.
We apologize for the frustration this has caused and wish you all the best with your business.
Best regards,
