VPS slowness

2 months ago I made the jump to a VPS, and it has been good so far, but my question is, when I login into my VPS to start changing setting on GSA, it's incredibly slow.  If I click on the menu to see my diagrams, it can take up to 15 seconds to load.  I have tried it on 3 computers, and they are all equally slow.   Does this mean that my VPS may have a slow internet connection? and if so would that effect my posting speed?  or is this normal?

    It means YOU have a slow connection TO your VPS. Posting speed depends on the quality of your VPS.
