Suggestion for the marketplace

I kindly ask to change rules for the buy sell and trade forum.
As you know, many sellers deliver non-working products or scam. I have already been victim of this.

It would be great if only sellers would be allowed to open an advertising in the forum, after they gave the GSA-Team a free sample of their work. This way a high quality is ensured. An example would be the marketplace in blackhatworld.com

    It's a good idea and this would be easier to manage if threads posted in the BST section would have to be manually approved before they go live. On BHW when you submit a BST thread, it goes into a pending state until it is approved by a moderator. If there is a plugin for that, it would make things a lot easier.

    Some people don't read the BST rules before they post so some things slip through the cracks because they don't PM us, they just post.

    Right now I haven't found a way to set just one category to be approved. Still searching for a solution on this.
