Scraping URLs with Search Engine Ranker

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, I tried to search the forum but couldn't find anything. I'm new to SER and I've been following a few of the tutorial videos to get used to what everything does.

When I tried scraping some URLs related to my keywords, a lot of them are in the format "http://gsa-online.de.**URL**". Trying to go to the scraped URL gives a DNS error but removing the "gsa-online.de." part fixes it. Is there a reason this is there? Will it still work when I try to post to these URLs?

As a side question. I have 4 hand made web 2.0 sites I want to try the software out on. I only want to post maybe 20-30 submissions to each one per day. Do I need to buy some private proxies for this, or will the proxies built into the software be sufficient for this? (I'm running it on an unused XP machine in my house. 60 threads and the default time between search engine queries).
