Out of memory

I cant get rid of this popup  message"out of memory, sorry but you use to much active projects or to many threads.Please lower that to a number where the program runs stable..".I run SER  on my pc 16 gb ram, win 7 ,64bit and i have only 1 project (4 tiers) and 10 threads.Tried different settings but without success

software 32 bit so even if you have 128 gb ram won't change the result

i have tested on vps  win 7 32 bit but same occurred.When this popup  message  show the soft stop working

mmm did you make any change on that windows for other purposes not related with SER... i have tested SER in my own laptop with win 7 64 bit, 15-30 threads with 3-5 projects, and no popup or any other issue.

ok just purchased new  vps from fiverr for testing purpose and again the same popup message whata f**k is this maybe my setting are wrong or i missing something .Please help
