big problem using xspinner api need help

i have an issue with xspinner working with gsa i press the x spinner button in gsa to generate spin content in gsa api and it says "error getting xspinner content", can someone help, just bought x spinner and i cant get the support people to help, i cant even get e refund, please dont buy this software , beware, someone can pm me i will give you remote acces with teamview!!

Anything in the log of X-Spinner?
