email activation process

Hi I use Gmail in GSA Projects, I have in this email hundreds or even thousands emails confirming registration on websites but it seems GSA misses a lot of these confirmations, when I put to verify email only it process maximum 500 700 emails leaving my inbox with more than 15000 to be processed. Is there a way to improve email verification or am I doing something wrong?

    why so many emails on that account? What settings you use to delete the messages?
