When running GSA with Xevil it keeps saying no recaptcha v2 solving enabled

I have been having tons of problems trying to run xevil with GSA, I looked at the different threads on here and tried all of the suggestions but have yet to find a solution.  I have tried using antigate old IP with API as well as the new antigate with IP but GSA keeps giving me the error "no recaptcha v2 solving enabled" whenever I try to use a service with the IP.  Why is it doing this?
