Add "Pause project after X verified"

In Project Data -> Settings -> Options -> How to submit / verify

Add in a Pause project after X number of verified links. Just like the first tick box now but for verified.

I feel this would be more effective as pausing after submissions may not have built as many links as one would want for the time frame.

Click on submissions in that line you are referring to a few times, it's a link
