GSA SER doesn't start after installation

I just purchased GSA SER. The application does not start after installation. My system specs are as follows.

Processor : Intel Core i5 2.4 GhZ
RAM : 4GB
System : 32 bit operating system, x64 based processor
Space: more than 20 GB available.

Anybody can help in identifying the problem?

    do you get any response like an exception or do you see it in task manager?

    and what holds you back pressing "send bugreport" ?

    Already send longtime back and no response so far. In case if it does not work on my PC, then I need refund, and want to file refund request on time.
    This is the reason I'm looking for either quick solution or refund!

    can you offer access to that PC via remote desktop or anydesk or alike?

    I use Teamviewer. Please add me on skype so that I can share ID and password for remote connection.
