How to edit filters?

@sven - I do not have anything set in the "filter" column but yet sites are getting filtered out.

Where do i edit the filters?

    Whey are they filtered?  Its probably due to redirects.  On the scraping tab there is a box that says "add domain redirects as new websites"  If that is unchecked, anything that is a redirect will get filtered.
