How to create a Full Project and settings backup?

Hi guys!
I want to know if there is some option to create a full SER backup in case i want to change my VPS and install the app from scratch on another server.
Is there any option to do that? I have more than 20 projects running and i don't want to loose any of them.

zip the folder:

c:\users\<login>\appdata\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker
