Internal Server error

I saved the URLs in a notepad txt file. I then clicked on the file, selected all of the URLs and pasted the URLs into a new notepad text file. I loaded in 25 proxies set as private. They all 25 proxies checked out good. I loaded the URLs from the 2nd notepad text file in. set the export as CSV and give it a file name. Yandex was to be used.
clicked go. everything comes up N/A internal server error. I know one domain URL was Facebook, which I know is not N/A
 everything is checking out N/A 
How do I fix this.

    I have replied by email, lets solve things there as it seems to be a user specific issue.
