How to test/verify email

Hi,

During my campaign set-up, I manually create 2 email id's (one of outlook, 2nd hotmail). I added both emails in email verifier, I got a pop up message of pop3 server setting and port 995. I do the same in outlook. but I can not enable and test emails. It's still showing same error. 

I need help regarding email verification, how can I successfully test and verify emails. Also if someone has any better idea regarding email purchasing will be appreciated.
