PR Issue with 1.83

I normally set my PR settings to 3 and above, however, the latest version will only submit to one site, blu-ray which is a PR4.

I set the PR setting to zero, and I am only getting PR0 sites, plus the one PR4 site.

Can you please fix?

there must be something else damaged...PR is not resolved but in the db itself.

can you make a screenshot of the settings maybe or even upload your config.ini ?
