I can not block posting to a subdomain

I want to block posting to a subdomain globally. For this, I opened Filter tab from options and add a text file containing the url that I want to block posting like this;

 

http://subdomain.domain.com

It says 0 URL imported. But this feature works for domains. That is,

http://domain.com

was successfully imported. But in my case, since I try to block a specific blog inside blogspot.com domain, I want to be able to block a subdomain only.

And another question, when I import a site using Filter tab, will GSA SER immediately stop posting that domain?
