Does PS automantically stop if all proxies exhausted?

Last nite, has weird incident and somehow all proxies in all lists disappeared!

Does PS then return code so SER knows that that proxy server is empty, or does PS then just use the host IP of the systen that GSA-SER is running on?

Also..is there a way to back up the proxy lists??  I could have easily just restored if so...thanks...

    PS will not give SER an error code and SER should stop building links
