Proper way to manually export links and import to Indexer

I am running indexer on a separate computer for resource sake. I go to the project right click view submitted links. Then right click and select export all. Then import that file into GSA indexer. Is this the best or correct way to manually move the links to be indexed?

why you want to index submitted links?, just index verified... 

That's right just verified links ..... I should have put verified and not submitted above... but my question is still the same...
