Any tips for POP 3 Keep Geting locked on catch all email?

In POP3 ,you will notice that the server is locked our mail if we login to fast
and since this catch all email then logging to fast is cant be avoided. and if Mail server locked our mailbox then GSA ser unable to fetch our mail verification


Any tips for this matter?

    use the option to wait at a certain time before next login to one account. That setting is following even globally for all projects (need to enable same setting on projects using that account).

    i did that sven ,but still my mail server locked the catch all email account ..(i use default setting 900) ..what is your suggestion for the amount of time wait sven?

    anything above 5 minutes should be fine.
    However, make sure you have it set to wait that amount on all projects that use it and that you have unchecked the box for the "per account".
