Put keywords in quotes when used in search engines

My projects have quite a few keywords and I would like to search for keywords WITH QUOTES and WITHOUT QUOTES - something like 50% chance to use one or the other would be terrific.
I would like to get results from "dog training" "footprint" as well as dog training "footprint" is there a convenient way to achieve this without copying all words & adding quotes on top of my copied keywords?
