Changing engine settings globally?

Is it possible to keep "auto add anchor url=0" in all engines even after SER updates?

Anything other than 0 is useless to me.

Do I just regex after every update or are there some other ways?

    I use it for everything now, filling space with my own content.

    If there is no convenient solution to overwrite engines settings - I can still do it using regex in like 15 seconds, so not a big deal.

    sorry then you hav to do that or simply copy all the engines to a new name and only use them.
