PR Emluator gives results like 1300

PR Emluator gives results like 1300.  What does this mean?  There is no PR 1300.  How is a PR1300 used by Platform Identifier?

    1300 on PR or the to-map metric? Please show a screenshot.

    In the PR EMULATOR window.  I can't get a screenshot because there is no pause button in PR Emulator and it's processing URLs too fast.

    Luckily I have fast fingers.  It says facebook.com is 490000 for the Yandex value.  The Emu-PR shows values of -1.  What's a -1PR?  Is there a doc that explains this?

    I don't see an error here. facebook has a very high Yandex value and it is mapped to PR-10 which is the best you can get and so it's OK.

    I see now how it works.  What is -1 PR?

    -1 means that the PR is unknown for that site.
