need help for unable to save proxy settings

in GSA Search Engine Ranker
Hello everyone here
this is my first time to using GSA Search Engine Ranker and GSA Content Generator, they alway show me:
unable to save proxy settings. make sure you have the rights to save in C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker\

So what sould I do.. Please help.

    Try running as administrator and check what kind of write/read privileges your AppData folder has.

    Thanks for the help , I do already running as administrator, and please see the attached pic for the set of AppData folder,if something error, please let me know
