Registration and posting for the "1C Bitrix" engine

Hello! I have some questions about the Bitrix engine. Can GSA spam this engine? Creating profiles, posting to blogs, comments? It's russian engine for a "commercial companies". This engine can the creation of a profile and an article with a link. For example, here are several profiles with an active link:

i know a lot russian sites (bitrix) when i can post link in profile..
