Auto restart app

Is there a way to restart GSA SER periodically e.g. daily, and have it actively return to the same list of running projects? - perhaps restart via command line with given flags to auto restart,  from a scheduled batch script?

    you can use the following command line parameters:

    -autostart
    -scheduler
