What is different between link list and site list?

Please help me know the difference between link list and site list.
What is in the link list and site list? Domains (ex: https://forum.gsa-online.de) or URLs (ex: https://forum.gsa-online.de/post/discussion)?

    In SER we call a "site list" any file/URL that contains URLs you can submit your content to.
    Im not sure what you consider a link list, probably the same?

    I have a URLs List like this
    aninas-recipes.com/recipes/cheese-corn-and-chilli-empanadas/
    thewaytohisheartblog.com/vanilla-caramel-gelato-an-uncommon-goods-giveaway/
    freecandie.com/2016/02/awesome-things-literary-gifts/
    motherskitchen.blogspot.com/2015/11/

    I import the list to my project (by the way Import Target URLs->From File)

    Will GSA try to post new articles to domains aninas-recipes.com, thewaytohisheartblog.com, freecandie.com or motherskitchen.blogspot.com?
