Send multiple forms to all members on a website with member registration: possible?

I would like to automatically fill in and send multiple contact forms to all members on a membership site with registration. Is something like this? If not: what are the alternatives?

All help and tips are very valuable and appreciated!

    no as it allows just one url of a domain.
