Double belt public proxy

I have using GSA CG to generate elite proxy for using submission in SER.
Even though there is IP present  told by server providers.

1. Is there possibilities for elite public proxy is for IP leakage. is it true?
2. If it true set me SER proxy manager in my public proxy belt. If first IP has leakage means second public proxy should block it...

If 1st proxy leak IP 2nd proxy can prevent. It's my idea.

    hmm I can't follow you. A proxy once tagged as elite (by whom and how?) should always stay that way. At least there is a little chance that this proxy should change its behavior.

    But it's not unlikely as it is a public proxy and you can never tell whats behind it.

    Anything can leak your IP. Even if you use private proxies and those go down for some reason. There is a setting in SER that stop projects on no active proxies to prevent this though.

    If you use public proxies then you have to be ready for even worst reliability issues.

    I don't think going behind two proxy walls would be an effective way of doing things with SER but I'm no expert in this.
    However, if you are on your home computer then you can fill SER with proxies and use it through a VPN. That would act as a double proxy wall.

    There is a setting in SER that stop projects on no active proxies to prevent this though. 
    Yes I'm enabled this setting.
    I hope if one public proxy leak IP another public proxy can prevent. 
    I'm using VPS

    I would use that filter for anonymous on the export instead using globally.

    However, settings look ok to me.
