Getting Error on Opening Seo Indexer

I get an error when I try to open seo indexer. This one: https://app.box.com/s/0v4817g5xlty3xc0nzouoqs1yrvg53np 
I also tried to completely uninstall and then install again.
It's installed on a 64-bit windows server 2016 datacenter
Any suggestion?

    hmmm? I stopped using seo-indexer for some years, now I just wanted to test it again, but I got that error. I didn't do anything else. Lats time I used it, was few years ago, it worked just fine.

    Forgot to mention that in January I upgraded the server from win server 2008 r2 to server 2016 datacenter, not sure if that's the problem.

    no clue but this hooking usually is not a good sign. seems debugger, anti virus or firewall.

    Yep, it was Spyshelter firewall. Thanks, now it works just fine
