Directories Domain low ranking - Disavow or not?

Currently going through my links and have a large amount of link to directories with low trust and domain ranking. To my knowledge these can effect your domains ranking too? (correct me if I am wrong)

Should I disavow these links?

    Hey Carl, I'm no expert in NegSEO, but I don't think merely having a low TF/CF/whatever metric doesn't make a bad link.

    What does, then??  Anyone can clarify? Thanks...

    I was looking at SemRush and there Toxic Flow metric mostly

    If GWT doesn't ring a bell on penalty or unnatural link, then no need to disavow - but you will still need to gradually increase your authority by having more links from high TF, PA/DA links pointing to your site.
    A good link would usually contribute to your SERP - a 4-10 position jump up higher once added or pointed to your site.
