Can GSA content generate insert spin syntax on custom sentence?

If I have a custom sentence need to changed to sentence with spin syntax, is that possible using GSA CG to do that?

    in any other language than English you can use the SpinDB Tool->tools....
    For English you need to create a dummy article and edit things there and insert spin syntax.

    I am interesting in GSA URL Redirect Pro, but I am not sure what is that for and still working in 2018? 

    I have GSA indexer also.
