Does this mean SER will automatically purge the submitted links on each of their respective dates listed? Thanks...

Does that mean I NEVER have to delete Submitted links that will not verify?

    if you are over that date, SER will remove it from the submitted links as it sees no point in trying to verify that link any longer.
