Capcha Breaker on a WAN

Forgive me if this has been asked answered allready, but i could not find the answer.

Can i install Capcha Breaker on a VPS and enable "run as webser" , then on my home pc where i have Ultimate demon running can i change the host file and redirect BypassCapcha to by VPS ip ?

I have a 50 / 5 Mbps line at home so connection is really fast.

Will this be possible ?

I am unable to get this to work.
Below are my settings


On My VPS
I have installed CB on my VPS
I have enabled run as web server and tried both 127.0.0.1 as well as 0.0.0.0  port is on 80
I have disabled Firewall


On my Home PC
I have edited the host file as follow
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = the ip of my VPS - which is what i connect to with Remote desktop

RESULT
CB is working fine on the VPS
but
On my home PC if open say Ultimate Demon and go to Visual Aid \ and click on check balance for Bypass Capcha or any of the other services -- it says unable to retrieve your balance your credentials could be incorrect.
Also if i connect via my browser to http://bypasscaptcha.com/ it show unable to connect.



Would really appreciate your advise on how to get this to work.

I tried this exact same thing when CS first came out. 

It worked perfect when I had it go from one computer to another running in the same Router.   But when I tried to get it to go exactly like how you are explaining I could not get it to work at all. 

So I'd be interested to see if you can get it working.  I remember spending days trying to figure this out.

According to @sven it is possible and i also think so. Why else is the webserver option for on CB settings.

I haven't tried this but I can possible see one problem. Seeing as a VPS is usually shared there is the login/pass issue to make sure your data gets routed to the proper VPS running CB. Same way you have to authenticate your Remote Desktop. Not sure exactly how to fix this problem but from what I'm reading that could be the problem.

I managed to get it working !!!

I tried a couple of things so not exactely sure which it was.

Here are some of what i did:
Click on Start-->search for cmd-->type in net stop wv3c
And repeat
Click on Start-->search for cmd-->type in net stop w3svc

Closed Dropbox (yes i have dropbox on my vps) - it was also using port 80

IN Capcha breaker options : Listen on 0.0.0.0 and port 80
Click on restart - capbreaker options web server.

Listen to "0.0.0.0:80" is very important. It will not work for 12.0.0.1 and probably not for some other IP you use there unless it is the external one.
