Log "XXX possible new Target URLs from present accounts." possible slow down?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the latest version v12.71 and in the log I'm seeing the following kind of message:

"XXX possible new Target URLs from present accounts."

I've tried disabling all kinds of finding target URL settings that I can find, but I can't seem to get rid of this message. Most of my log is this message, which seems to be slowing submission speed down by a huge amount.

I was wondering what "present accounts" is, and how can I stop the projects from trying to find these target URLs?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

present accounts are those sites that created accounts and had verified urls in it. your scheduled options allow more accounts or posts and thats what SER tries to do here.
