Ability to set thread amount for SEREngines

Whenever SEREngines opens up a few threads at once, it causes peoples CPU to increase to 95% or more.  I would like to see a feature where we can set the maximum number of simultaneous SEREngines threads that open at any one time, that way it will allow us to be more in control of how much CPU is being used at any one time.

    wouldn't it be better if SERENgines do not use that much cpu instead?

    Yes, that would definitely be the best option if possible.

    Yup. I've encountered this as well. Right now, limit threads and run SEREngines apart from other engines you're using. More steps, but it works.

    Yeah, I gotta admit.  Running SERengines in combination with everything else just kills my CPU.
