Wordpress import

When I do a WordPress export and try to import into my site, it gives "Invalid post type" for all articles. What do I need to do to import?

    there are two wordpress export types...which one did you use?

    Imported with WP All Import instead

    can you give the exact error code or make a screenshot? I never used that import/export myself. Only got customers using it and they reported it worked for them.
