GSA SER Not Responding

Can anyone help, all of sudden SER goes into NOT Responsing mode. Up until today everything was good and running smooth. 
Now as soon as I start running the projects and within 1-2 minutes the whole program locks. Changed number of threads, projects - nothing helps.

I'm running on Windows Server 2012.

    Mine is running slower after the update and for some reason in my two computers they stopped working around 1 and 2am in the morning yesterday US eastern time.
    I am also getting a lot of pop ups of "an error occurred in the application"

    I'm getting more and more message "an error occured in the application" and sometimes GSA SER freeze. I've Windows 2008 server on a big server. CPU is at 30% around. I've 100 projects and use now the scheduler with only 3 projects every 5 minutes but GSA still continue to freeze many times. How can I solve it ?
