Yes; this world is truly saddening. It turns out that statistical analysis does NOT support a lot of what people do to "stay healthy."

I know the video is about more than this - resisting any/all limitations imposed on one from outside oneself, as well as self-imposed limitations we internalize from the outside, as well.

Deep stuff. We should all be working every day toward worthy, real, definite, conscious  goals, in addition to making money, it is DEF true.
