Site list per project

Is it possible to use site list to post to on a per project basis or is it only available globally? Also i want to start scraping my own sites for gsa. So could i just provide gsa in a file name with a url like this: http://forum.genius-chart.com/profile.php?id=212773 and gsa will go out there and create a profile on the site? Thanks for the help.
