Pause the project after XX Submissions --//AnD//Or//  YY Verifications

    usually it is just important to count this for verification and not submissions...however, people might need submission-pause based on traffic used or so.

    So is it OK if I'm trying to get, let's say, 10 Verifications, and I get 100 Submissions in the process of waiting for those ten Vs to accrue. Is that OK? Im thinking of new sites.

    Sven, by traffic cases do you mean like where ppl have to limit SERs traffic usage?
