GSA - Cant Update Automatically...GSA Not Scrapping

i dont know if im the only one experiencing this but all of a sudden my gsa stopped scrapping. i just added some new proxies and tried updating...but right now its just not scrapping anything anymore...i tried updating again from the help menu and still got the error cant update automatically 

anyone experiencing this also?
