Global site list option dissapeared!!

Hi, i just watched the advanced video which talks about an option called:

"Use URLS from global site lists if enabled"

The problem is, It does not exist! As in, I do not see this checkbox on the project settings configuration tab, but I see it in the tutorial video. Was it removed?

It's under the search engine list.
