Tryng to buy ExtraProxies, need help

Hi. I signed up on their web site, and ordered, but when it loads PayPal, I log in, then I get a message that I have to add funds to my account once I try to pay the fee.

There is enough in there. Anyone know what's up with this service?

There might be some limitations on your Paypal account or your credit card / bank. So you can always pay as direct payment to ExtraProxies Paypal email address.
