What does it mean when the 'Status' indicator column for a project turns gold or blue or lite blue?

Hello, pplz.  Simple question. I have seen this for a while, but never really understood what it meant. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

    different colors indicate the different tasks the program does right now. If you move the mouse over it, it should have the status as hint.

    Also, found this: 

    What are the different colors for?     Green = submitting Blue= verification Orange = searching for new targets Red = something is wrong (not used for now)
