Problem With Recursive Mode

I have Redirect Pro set on 1x Recursive, and it is not building out the tier.

I have it set to 80 threads, Filter by PR4.

Filter by PR4 usually delivers around 35-40 links, which is fine, but when recursive is working, I usually receive around 2000 plus links per URL.

If I enter a single URL, it works fine, but I am using a list of 71 URLs and it is only delivering the 35-40 per URL.

Am I doing something wrong?
It used to work fine with a list.

Filter By Link Type: On: 301 Redirects and Link in URL
