Sites that locking threads

I scrapped some urls from search engines and run identification process, but some sites lock threads.

Why?

These threads do not change and remain "hanging" ("Working" status) all the time.


UPD:
Maybe in these sites cyclic redirection?
Or due the "Location" header is empty?
