Not Paying Enough Attention.
I've always liked statistic and probability, as well as randomness.
So when I kept seeing the same few account pics for my pseudonymous new accounts just made, why didn't I check everything? It's highly improbable that those same few would keep coming up. How'd it happen? I never updated my .dat file beyond a few additions!!! Must have started to, had to go out, then got busy elsewhere for weeks with something else entirely? Who knows.
