Why I cannot add proxies ?

Hello folks
I hope you all are doing well

I have a software that scrapes proxies and then send to a specific file, it should be put the proxies out, but I did not.
When I see the log "Nothing Found", I check the file and it has proxies.

    And the files are simple ANSI encoded?
    Also check if access rights are ok.

    you were right, the software was saving the file with Unicode Format, I already fixed and it is working fine.
