Selecting Contextual Engines in GSA-SER

I was reading on @shaun 's blog and came across this article:
http://shaunmarrs.com/contextual-engine-selection-in-gsa-search-engine-ranker/
In the past, I had deselected all engines and, one by one, added any that required an article for contextual tiers. Is every engine in SER that requires an article going to post an article?
I just tried the method Shaun explained for selecting only article-accepting engines, namely, started with right-clicking in the engine list and UNCHECKING engines that have no contextual links. The second part of Shaun's refinement of choosing these engines requires selecting only two types of links to create in the OPTIONS menu for that project.

Make a burner project to a madeup URL, select Buddypress as the only engine and in the options tab select everything then activate the project and manually check the verifieds.
I can't remember what its called exactly, maybe microblog posts. Its basically 100, maybe 200 words from the top of the article, the rest doesn't get included.
Thanks, bro. Your settings are yielding more focused results!! I may also opt to use the shorter articles in the future, but I wanted full articles plus images.
I started with the method I mentioned above, just going down the list.
Then I tried deselecting ALL except the ARTICLES engines.
This third way you wrote about in the above article is most what I was after.
Thanks!
It's a process of DE-selecting to get better results, it seems. lol
Of course, I started out with "kitchen sink" tiers, and over time, I pared it down. Somewhat. lol Still need to a LOT. (Saw your other excellent post on this topic)
I noticed that the "rarer" backlinks seldom appeared with too many of the simpler engines, and as a result started to run more precise (limited) projects so I could see these cooler engine logos scrolling up a lot more.
Manually check the verifieds you get, last time I checked very few of them still added images or YouTube videos.
