Can I use this proxy for submission?
During the submission of proxy will my IP will be leak?

Rather than that will you advice me to use "Elite proxy" only for submission?

    If you don't want your IP to be leaked, you need to use "Anonymous" and/or "Elite". The other two might leak your IP.
